Contact groups are a great way to organize your contacts so you can send targeted messages to them. To create a contact group,

1. Go to My Contacts at the top of the page.


 2. Select Groups on the left hand side of the page.

3. Click the Add Group button.


 4. Enter a name for your group. (The auto response is optional and is useful when using Hashtags)

5. Click Save to Complete.
