Creating A Contact Group

Contact groups are a great way to organise your contacts so you can send targeted messages to them. To create a contact group,

  1. Go to My Contacts at the top of the page.
  2. Select Groups on the left hand side of the page.
  3. Click the Add Group button.
  4. Enter a name for your group. (The auto response is optional and is useful when using Hashtags)
  5. Click Save to Complete.

 Adding A Single Contact

To add a single contact to your contacts database,

  1. Go to My Contacts at the top of the page.
  2. Click the Add Contacts button.
  3. Select Add single contact.
  4. Complete the form with your contact’s details and click Add.

Importing Multiple Contacts

If you want to add a lot of contacts, you can use the import feature to upload these contacts at once. To import contacts,

  1. Go to My Contacts at the top of the page.
  2. Click the Add Contacts button.
  3. Select Import Contacts
  4. Click Upload File to import your contacts. You can download the sample file on the page and follow the format.
  5. Select your country and the contact group to which you want contacts to be added.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Match Columns from your worksheet to Contact information by choosing the appropriate column from the drop down list in each textbox.
  8. Click Continue to finish importing contacts.
