When you edit a contact list, you can do the following:

  • Change the list name
  • Add new fields (columns of contact details for your contact lists)
  • Change the nature of an existing field – required or unique
  • Delete existing fields.

You can perform all of these actions on a contact list that is not tied to a campaign. However, for a list linked to a campaign, you can only change the list name, add new fields and change the nature of existing fields. To edit a contact list:

  1. Go to the Contacts tab on the top of the Automate homepage.
  2. Click on the menu option corresponding to contact list you want to edit.
  3. Select Edit.

4.Make the desired changes, and select Save to finish.
