Disabling an active contact list means that contacts within that list cannot receive messages. You cannot disable a contact list linked to an active campaign. To disable a list;
- Go to CAMPAIGNS at the top of the Automate homepage and pause all active campaigns tied to that list
- Then, go to CONTACT LISTS on the homepage
- Click on the menu option beside the particular contact list you want to disable
- Select Disable
5. Select Yes to confirm. Your list is disabled.
