What is the new Hubtel Platform?

Hubtel is now the new Hubtel POS. Setup your inventory, process sales in store, online(web store) and on the go (mobile), capture customer phone numbers and get instant insights into who they, reward them with gift cards and track your business performance anywhere anytime.

To use any of the features from the old Hubtel (Unity Portal) like sending and scheduling bulk messages, creating ads, developer integration and managing vend agents, still visit unity.hubtel.com and login with your username and password.

I cannot see or find my business account on the new Hubtel platform, what should I do?

Kindly send an email to [email protected] or login to unity.hubtel.com.

What will happen to my current account balance in the new Hubtel?

Your account balance will stay the same. Nothing will be changed. 

Where can I find my POS payment code in the new Hubtel?

  1. From your business account,
  2. Click the Profile icon from the top right corner of the page
  3. Click the Settings link 
  4. From the left navigation menu, click Business Settings
  5. Click Branches 
  6. You will find the branch with the associated POS Code.

How do I send bulk messages to my contacts (using Notify)?
