Que: What data do I have to provide to Hubtel?

Ans: You are required to provide your current campaigns and subscriber list. See here for the format of the data required.

Que: Is there any deadline for submitting my subscriber list?

Ans: You're required to provide your subscriber list by the 25th of May, 2018.

Que: What happens if I am not able to provide my subscriber base before the deadline?

Ans: You should be able to provide Hubtel with any reason or challenge that is likely to prevent you from meeting the stipulated deadline.

Que: Which API's are affected by this migration?

Ans: Your current MTN subscriber manage API will no longer be used for subscription. You're required to use the new API going forward.
