1. A customer pays for your good or service using a mobile money wallet or a bank card.
  2. Hubtel fees are applied and the money moves to your merchant account. This is recorded under Settlement Balance.
  3. After a settlement period of One (1) day for mobile money transactions and Three (3) days for card transactions, Your money shows up in Available Balance ready for you to sweep out.
  4. The merchant requests for a sweep at anytime to transfer money out of the account into a previously linked bank account or mobile money account.

NB: Note that you're required to verify your account by providing business documents before you'll be allowed to sweep your received funds out.
