You can receive an email and SMS notifications when any of the following occur on your Merchant Account:

  • A successful payment is received from a customer.
  • A successful payment is sent to a customer.
  • A transfer to bank or mobile money account has occurred.
  • A bank account or mobile money account is added, updated or deleted from your merchant account.
  • A payment is disputed by a customer.
  • A settlement ┬áhas occurred on your account.

If you are not receiving notifications of activities on your Merchant Account but wish to do so then, kindly contact or raise a ticket on your account here for assistance.
