- A customer pays for your good or service using a mobile money wallet or a bank card.
- Hubtel fees are applied and the money moves to your merchant account. This is recorded under Settlement Balance.
- After a settlement period of One (1) day for mobile money transactions and Three (3) days for card transactions, Your money shows up in Available Balance ready for you to sweep out.
- The merchant requests for a sweep at anytime to transfer money out of the account into a previously linked bank account or mobile money account.
NB: Note that you're required to verify your account by providing business documents before you'll be allowed to sweep your received funds out.
