Pausing A Campaign

Learn how to stop your messages from sending temporarily

Pausing an automated campaign is easy. When you pause a campaign, its messages will stop delivering. To pause campaign; 
  1. Go to CAMPAIGNS on the Automate homepage
  2. By default, a list of all campaigns is displayed. Click on Active Campaigns  tab on the left sidebar
  3. Click on the campaign name or the menu option beside the particular campaign you want to pause

4.Select Pause
5. Select Yes from the pop-up menu to successfully pause the campaign
