Creating a Contact List

A step by step guide to creating a contact list

A contact list is a group of contacts who receive your automated messages. To create a new contact list: 
  1. Go to CONTACTS tab  at the top of the Automate homepage
  2. Click on the Create List button

3. Upload contacts from your computer by clicking Choose File. Make sure your               contact file follows the formatting outlined in the sample file, which you can                   download from step 3

4. Match each column to a field type then click Next.

5. After viewing the import summary to see how many contacts were added, click            Finish to create a contact list. You may also click Back if you would like to change          the  structure of your contact list.
