Learn how to move your electronic funds out of Hubtel

You can easily sweep accumulated funds from your Available Balance into an external account (mobile money account or bank account). The following are the easy steps to help you achieve this:

  1. Click Transfer Funds from your business Dashboard

  2. You can choose to transfer all funds or some of your funds in your Available Balance.

  3. Select the account you wish to transfer your funds into.

  4. Hit Transfer when you can confirm everything is fine to move funds out of your account.


Note: For a normal bank transfer, it takes about 3-5 days to reflect in your account.
